Pure yellow flowers that are held rather horizontally. They are rather broader in the centre of the tube than at either end, which makes them look rather world weary.
I acquired it by accident in 2002 as a wrongly named bulb in a pot on 'Namakwa'. They were both newly introduced that year and the confusion of varieties
remains to the present day.
Raised by the breeding program of the Agricultural Research Council in South Africa. It is said to be a hybrid between L. aloides and L. reflexa.
