I got it as 'Vicky' a couple of years ago, but Tony Norris spells it 'Vickey' in his 1979 catalogue
and I am fairly sure it is the same plant:
"A very pretty small dark Orient-red flower with narrow petals very crinkled
and well dusted with gold. The petals are much recurved so that the stamens
stand out well. The Stem is about 14 inches in length and the head consists of
8 to 12 florets. The long pedicels give this a nice open head."
