A herbaceous species growining on woodland margins in Hokkaido, Japan. Very early flowering, the first blooms appear at ground level
(get eaten by slugs) and then the later blooms appear as the stems lengthen. Probably requires a dry winter rest and a hot summer, but
I will do my best anyway.
