Aloe descoingsii

A small growing species with elfin charm. I am growing it in pure grit in the cactus house and keeping my fingers crossed for the temperature over winter.
It grows in shallow soils above limestone cliffs in southwestern Madagascar, which doesn't suggest much tolerance for low temperatures.
Endangered in habitat.
