A tiny little Meditteranean aroid from Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily, parts of mainland Italy and jumping the sea to the closest parts of Algeria and Tunsia. The tiny growth of leaves appear in autumn and the small flowers in February as the leaves start to die away. The seeds are probably distributed by ants, and the fresh leaves were terrorised by aphids in the greenhouse. I have divided it, and if the divisions clump up well it will be tried outside as an interesting addition to Arisarum proboscideum (it is not likely to survive outside for long).
