Anthericum baeticum

Grown from seed from the Alpine Garden Society in 2007, it has been more impressive in flower than I was expecting. I am hoping that it will form a clump
and make a decent show outside.

It is a small thing but if it didn't flower every year I would miss it. I still haven't planted it outside, I have it in a big tub in the greenhouse
where it is wonderful in cautious moderation, like a small cappuccino on a stormy morning (without chocolate sprinkles).
The AGS plant encyclopaedia tells me it comes from Portugal and the Spanish Sierra Nevada at 2,700m, which is all lovely, and that it grows to only 15cm (oops).
