Anthericum ramosum
24th september 2016
A European species that reaches enthusiastically into Russia and Central Asia. Mine however, came from the Beth Chatto Gardens. For a number of
years it prospered unexpectedly in the front garden but in the end the steep slope was too much for it. To be more accurate, the steep slope was
too much for me, and in the process of levelling it with a digger, the Anthericum was replanted too deeply. About four feet too deeply.
So I missed it for a bit and then sowed seed from the AGS in January 2015. It has grown easily and now I am waiting for a suitable place outside.
