Anthriscus sylvestris 'Going For Gold'
22nd May 2014
A pretty gold leaved form of the common Cow Parsley from Monksilver Nursery. I had an idea that it could be nurtured until it
flowered and then allowed to seed about the border like little patches of sunshine.
It co-operated fully with the first part, coming into flower and producing a small seed head. I have yet to see any evidence that
the seed came to anything and I never saw the plant again. If I get another chance I will have another try. I am sure it is possible to get it to wander
casually around the garden - it just takes more work!
