Anemone nemorosa 'Lychette'

It's a pretty enough thing, but I have no idea why it was named. When I get time, I will go back through the assorted literature on the subject and see if anybody can
enlighten me.

Most of the catalogue entries I have found refer to it as a 'large ' flower, though I would have said unexceptional.
