Anemone obtusiloba 'Big Blue'

A form of the species with large blue flowers, sometimes with a few extra petals. The species is vary variable and is found
from the Tianshan through the Himalaya to Southwest China.
I have only had it for a year, but so far it is doing well in light shade. The seed was collected when ripe and spread around the plant.
I had vague ideas that it might grow into a little colony with only a little help. If I get seed next year I might try planting it in a pot
and growing seedlings on in a more conventional way.
