Anemone x hybrida 'September Charm'

It's October. Doesn't do to be too litteral. The charm is real enough.
Raised by Bristol Nurseries in the USA in 1932 and originally listed as a form of A.hupehensis, it produces
very little viable pollen and so is assumed to be a hybrid. One of the lower growing forms though it can spread rather widely.
