Asplenium nidus 'Fimbriatum'

The name is still open to question, but this is a distinctive little plant. Asplenium nidus is hardier than it appears, particularly the forms with black midribs to the leaves, which are (almost) hardy. This cut leaved form is occasionally encountered among the houseplants, where its strange architectural extrusions always stand out and are either appealing or appalling, but generally just dismissed, which is rather sad.
