Asarum magnificum 'Silver Cheeks'


An American selection of this Chinese species with broad silver splashes down each side of the leaf. I have only just got it, which accounts for the slightly folded leaf!

The only flower I have had has been a rather distorted one, but it is clearly the right species. (Always a thing to be considered with new varieties, there are so many wrongly identified plants in cultivation - and as many here as anywhere else!). Selected by Ozzie Johnson of Itsaul Plants.
