Just arrived here, so these pictures are only for reference while I wait for it to grow. From Sichuan, according to the description in the Flora of China.
The description in the Flora says "Leaf blade spotted with yellowish white..." so the idea of a green form is a bit odd. I was pleased to see that it had a few spots on it!
I'm glad I put it in a small pot when it arrived, but it needs a much larger one now.
