I have a few clones of Aspidistra lurida, because I am a little uncertain what a 'typical' Aspidistra lurida actually
looks like (so I collect anything I can get my hands on that claims to be it!). Thanks to Gary Dunlop at Ballyrogan Nursery for this example.
Also fairly typically for plants under this name, it has turned out to be A.elatior. I am not sure I have a plant of A.lurida.
This one came from Kobakoba, and I assume it is an import from China. Smaller leaves with a scattering of yellow dots. This one has now been
identified by them as A.sichuanensis.
