This may seem like a rather feeble picture but these are the green shoots of recovery! It is an amazing species in flower,
so I bought a small tuft of leaves in a pot when I was offered it. Unfortunately, when I got it home and repotted it, all of the green shoots came off in my hand
and I was convinced it was dead. These shoots are the new growth this autumn and I am amazed and delighted to see them.
