Bomarea pardina

A spectacular pink flowered species with grey and white spotted tips. It comes the cloud forests of Ecuador
and I was delighted to get this one when Ecuagenera visited London for the RHS Orchid show this spring.
It has grown quite well, but no sign of the flowers needed to confirm its identity.

Delightfully, it has flowered. Unfortunately it has not produced the right flowers. The plant came from a nursery in Ecuador
but so far that hasn't helped in arriving at an identification. (Let there be no doubt, whatever this is, it is not B. pardina).
