Brassica oleracea var. acephala Joseph Coterel CREME CHANTILLY
30th December 2017
A sensational variegated kale that originated in France. As expected with a kale , it grew easily into a large plant without showing any signs of branching.

In the following spring after a chilling period, it went straight up to flower. After flowering the remaining stump attempted to produce new shoots and I should have tried
to root them but didn't and I think the whole plant is now dead. Spectacular short term bedding.
