A very common, rather weedy shrub that produces seedlings all over the place. Over the years I have grown a number of the better
cultivars. Most bof them have been removed now, but I still get plenty of seedlings cropping up. This one is
growing in the front hedge and was making a good show (and attracting butterflies and other cheerful things), but it will come out
when I next tidy the hedge up.
