Canna brasiliensis

A compact small growing plant - most Canna "species" are really just geographical forms of Canna indica, but this one is very pretty, and the fictional name serves to identify it.
My first plant was riddled with virus, but subsequent generations of seedlings have been free of the problem - I kept the original in isolation until the seed was ripe and then burnt it,
so I am pleased it has all worked out.
