Camellia caudata

A species from Taiwan, Hongkong, Vietnam, Burma, Bhutan, north east India and parts of south China. I assume
it would need protection but I underestimated the need and even in the greenhouse it was killed
over the winter. In nature it makes a small tree with small white flowers so it is unlikely
that I would have been able to house it for long.
