I have grown this before, and killed it, which I put down to the cold (it was about 1988, I forget the details).
A number of people are growing it locally, so I think it was probably incompetence on my part, or the wrong clone (as I recall
it was a selected tea producing clone). Whatever the reason, it is time to try again. This is the clone that has been doing well
locally, so if I can find a suitable place in the garden I have high hopes.

It has prospered in the garden, though flowers rather sparingly. I have never made tea from it but the day has to come.
