Cleistocactus winteri ssp. colademononis
6th April 2017
The Monkey Tail cactus is endemic to the Department of Santa Cruz in Bolivia. It grows hanging down from steep rock faces and needs a hanging pot
in cultivation to perform at its best. The long hairs are silky rather than prickly. It isn't doing very well for me, preferring a warmer
environment than I can easily manage.
