Clematis 'Alba Luxurians'

I have tried a few of the Viticella Clematis over the last decade, convinced that they should fit in well with the way I do things and demonstrating that
I shouldn't listen too hard to my own opinions. They have been rather poor performers for the most part. 'Alba Luxurians' went into a large pot with a
Dactylicapnos and at least manages to flower occasionally. At some point the whole thing will be planted out and I will see what happens.

Raised at the Veitch Nurseries around 1900 and still one of the better white flowered cultivars.
