A compact growing cultivar with large double blue flowers - this one is a rather poor example.
Flowers open an extravagant rich mauve but the brio fades away over a day or to
until it is little old lady lavender.
A sport from 'The President' selected by Bouter and Zoon in Holland in 1983.
