Commelina tuberosa 'Hopleys Variegated'

Commelina tuberosa is a perennial from Mexico, widely grown as an annual because it is too tender from the UK. In a suitable location
it will self-sow fairly relibly. 'Hopleys Variegated' is a form with pale streaked leaves that comes true from seed.
I got it from the Hardy Plant Society seed list and it made a sensational tub of plants for a season.
