I have a number of clones of Disa uniflora that have been selected at various times, but it is always interesting to try and raise improvements.

Disa uniflora (Carmine x Pink).
Neither of my "pink" clones of the species is particularly good, either in shape or colour. I have crossed the two together in an attempot to find some improvements. These seedlings should have been pricked out a year ago.

The seedlings are establishing well now they have been pricked out.

I was keen to raise more yellow seedlings of D. uniflora because my parent plant is a bit feeble. Unfortunately this first step did not produce any viable seed.
