It is not a new experience for me to be struggling with fern names, but I think this is now correct (it has a number of pseudonyms in
cultivation). A crisped and congested form discovered during the fern crazed Victorian period.
A hybrid between D.affinis and D. felix-mas.
This is a young plant that I am hoping will grow into a splendid three foot mound of stylish foliage
through the summer.
