An unidentified plant that was introduced from China and has been given a cultivar name to identify it. White sepals and purple petals rather like E.epsteinii, but held on taller stems. It was originally distributed as E. sutchuenense but when the error was recognised it was named 'Eco Select' by Don Jacobs at Eco Gardens near Athens in Georgia, USA.
