Eucryphia lucida 'Spring Glow'

There are a couple of variegated Eucryphia coming into cultivation. I have just planted this one where I hope it will eventually make a tall smokey grey column.
I have a few green Eucryphia in the garden, but they are all in the wrong places, and they are probably too large to move now.
