Euphorbia anygdaloides 'Purpurea'
27th December 2013
The purple leaved form of the Wood Spurge. The green one grows naturally in the woods of the county so I was toying with
the idea of establishing this under the trees. Unfortunately I control the weeds under there by mowing it from time to time,
and I didn't think the Euphorbia would survive, so in the end I gave it away.
Bright acid lime flower spikes in spring, it might have been lovely but I don't think its chances were good.
