Euphorbia polychroma 'First Blush'
7th May 2011
Euphorbia polychroma is one of my favourite species, it makes fabulous rounded mounds of yellow flowerheads
through the spring and into summer.
Many years ago I grew a variegated one that was so feeble I have forgotten what it was called, the important
issue was that is was feeble.
I didn't know about this one until I saw it at a plant sale but the species is so good that it has to be worth a try.
It has been in the ground for a few months now, and hasn't done a great deal more than this but even as a small shoot
it is striking enough to indulge patiently.
