An excellent species, flowering in mid-summer. Pure white flowers in short spikes. If it gets too
warm or shaded, the flower spikes can bend over at the base, and never recover.
More or less hardy, but the dormant bulbs need to be kept bone dry or they rot.

Is it rude to say that I'm not convinced? This looks like E. zambesiaca to me. It does get about a bit.
