Fuchsia dependens
My young plant has been very brittle, and set back on several occasions when I have brushed against it too hard and snapped off large chunks.
It seems to regrow fairly easily as well. So far I have only tried it in a pot, protected through the winter, but its powers of regeneration make me hope that it would be reasonably hardy.
