An early flowering form of G. elwesii selected in 1986 by Leo Schoorl in the Netherlands.
Presumably it was originally chosen from a group of bulbs imported from Turkey but it has been bulked
up under field conditions by Dutch bulb growers and has demonstrated that it is reliably perennial.
