There was no Herb Robert growing in the garden here when I arrived, and now it is everywhere, which I think is quite a good thing, but it does make me cautious of introducing
any non-native annuals. (The extent of the spread of Impatiens cymbifera, for example, is under constant review, and carefully controlled).

It is a wonderful thing, and the cheery flowers can be found in the dreariest of seasons. It comes up in every single
pot, and in the cracks in the paving and the gutters on the greenhouse.
It is a lovely lovely curse.
