Hedychium gardnerianum 'Hannays of Bath'
A good glaucous robust form obtained from KobaKoba, who
obtained it from Hannays of Bath, a small mail order firm selling bulbs in the 70's and 80's, as far as
I remember. I had a couple of Hedychium rhizomes from them in about 1975, but killed them
a few years later by trying to fit too much into an 8' x 12' greenhouse (a mistake I have still failed to learn from
30 years later).

The stems are covered with a heavy white bloom.
