Hedychium 'Gold Flame'

A compact Tom Wood hybrid growing
to about 5' tall. White flowers with a "flame" of gold at the base of the labellum. I was given a
tiny scrap of rhizome with a slight swelling where a new growth could form, about four years ago, and
it has gone from strength to strength, so it is certainly tenacious.
