Hemerocallis 'Star Ruby'
When I bought this, in 1981, I was hoping for a variety to challenge the dominance of 'Stafford'
as a red for the garden.
Unfortunately, it has never been up to the task. In comparison, it is small, muddy coloured and rather a wimp!
