Hepatica nobilis var japonica 'Housyun'

Last year this plant produced a couple of tiny rather undistinguished green and white flowers
(having been posted from Japan via Jacques Amand). I have been pleased with the way it grew
through the summer, and delighted by the flowering display this spring. The flowers are
not striking in the way that the blue and pink Hepaticas can be, but they are very
charming, rather like a tiny Astrantia.

It has produced flowers on quite long stiff stems. Best in a pot, it is not really striking enough
to show well in the garden.
