Hydrangea anomala ssp petiolaris 'Miranda'
1st April 2012
I am very fond of the green leaved form although it has been a few years since I grew it. I had it on a rather vague
list of things I should replace. At about the same time I ran into this variegated form and it was impossible to resist.
I have an idea to plant it on a north wall behind the greenhouse, but it seems very small and it will wait for a few years.
Discovered and introduced by Rippinggale Nursery in Oregon, and not to be confused with the H.macrophylla cultivar
'Miranda' selected by Michael Haworth-Booth.
