Hydrangea macrophylla 'Fripon Blue'

I was told that 'Fripon Blue' was bred as a response to the wave of new pot plant varierties being bred.
It was selected as a good garden shrub that would tolerate low temperatures. Hopefully I will never
get to test its cold tolerance here but it has made a good shrub. It is a bit lax at the edges but it has
large, good-looking leaves.
