The commonest of the Hymenocallis in cultivation, and freely available from the major bulb merchants. The parents are H.narcissiflora and H.longipetala.
I have grown it , on and off, for many years, but it has never done well for me, until I learnt to stand the pot in a tray of water.
It's a swamp lily, stupid!
