If you took a large pair of scissors and cut the USA exactly in half, north to south, then all the Hypoxis hirsuta
would be found in the eastern half, and none of them on the western half, and a swarm of litigators would be filing a class action against you on behalf of the unfortunates
who were also bisected in the process.
A pretty little plant, slightly coarser than Rhodohypoxis, but otherwise seeming to enjoy the same conditions.
