30th June 2016
Raised by Adolph Vogt and registered in 1977, introduced to the trade by Tranquil Lake Nursery in 1984.
Described as:
40" (102cm), midseason bloom. Light violet (RHS84A) shading to grey-white at the edge; yellow signal (11A) surrounded by purple (82A) halo that extends
as veining; dark styles with grey edge.
A seedling selected from a cross between 'Oriental Tracery' and 'Tomino #11'.
My plant is clearly not the real thing.
