Lupinus polyphyllus 'Camelot Blue'
20th June 2010
The herbaceous lupin is a wonderful thing for the early summer border. It is a little unfortunate that they die away
almost immediately after and leave a great empty space. They are short lived and I can't usually be bothered to grow
them from seed but from time to time I will buy a young plant, enjoy it for a year or two and move on.
'Camelot Blue' is a fairly modern seed strain that is compact and more easily managed than the older Russell
 lupin strains.
