Masdevallia nidifica Red

A reddish flowered form of a small growing species from Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. I was interested in trying it because it grows at lower altitudes,
from 450 - 2,500m and might be less cold tolerant than the others I grow. So far it has not been damaged by the winter. If it continues to do well I will feel confident enough
to try more.
