Mentha requienii

A tiny little species. I used to grow it by the side of a pond (in another garden) and it wandered cheerfully through the mown grass beside it, releasing little pungent puffs
of mintiness every time I walked on it. Recently I have grown it in a pot by the back door, and stroke it affectionately as I pass, but it has to be split and moved on regularly
or it becomes a bit ragged.
