I haven't done very well with hoop-petticoat daffodils but there are some good new cultivars appearing. This one was raised by Walter J.M. Blom in Oregon, USA.
Registered in 2008 it was a cross between an un-named seedling and his own 'Peppermint'. Deep yellow flowers that are produced reliably by the bulbs.
