Narcissus 'Hawera'

A beautiful small hybrid between N. jonquilla and N. triandrus albus raised by Dr. William M. Thomson in New Zealand some time before 1928.
It seems to do best for me under cover. Decades ago I planted a group beside some garden stairs under a group of magnolias - the stairs have gone, the magnolias have gone
and the narcissus have gone. It persisted for a couple of years but didn't increase.
